    Responsibilities

    As a CS you will:

    • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients
    • Mentor, train, and support Behavior Interventionists
    • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources
    • Conduct regular parent trainings for family members

    Qualifications

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (those sitting for BCBA exam in the next 3 months are also encouraged to apply)
    • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
    • Demonstrated ability to supervise and train others
    • Strong communication and writing skills; bilingual skills highly valued
