    Autism Spectrum Therapies ("AST"), autismtherapies.com, one of the largest and most respected autism services organizations in the county, is looking for an exceptional ABA professional to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Director (ACD). This position is ideal for an experienced candidate ready to support BCBAs as well as lead the organization’s growth in Inland Empire.

    Responsibilities

    Autism Spectrum Therapies ("AST"), autismtherapies.com, one of the largest and most respected autism services organizations in the county, is looking for an exceptional ABA professional to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Director (ACD). This position is ideal for an experienced candidate ready to support BCBAs as well as lead the organization’s growth in Inland Empire.

    The Assistant Clinical Director will:

    • Work closely with Clinical Director to support delivery of excellent ABA programs
    • Oversee a team of approximately 4-5 supervisory level staff, 40-50 behavior interventionists, and an average of 100 clients
    • Provide supervision, mentoring, and coaching to staff as needed
    • Participate in regional recruiting and training
    • Ensure operational goals are fulfilled, including delivery of clients’ contracted hours
    • Engage in business development and community networking
    • Develop new service offerings

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree
    • Minimum 5 years of experience working with children with autism
    • BCBA certified
    • Extensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysis
    • Demonstrated ability to train others
    • Strong communication and writing skills
    • Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required
