As a Consultant with Advances, you will be responsible for ensuring that highest-quality ABA services are provided to each client on your caseload.     • Provide oversight and field supervision for your clients
    • Mentor, train, and support Instructors

    Behavior Analytic Responsibilities:

    • Oversee initial program set-up
    • Manage data collection and analysis
    • Ensure high-quality ongoing behavior analytic services
    • Manage problem and interfering behaviors
    • Serve as Advances’ first point of contact to collaborate with all stakeholders for each case, address client concerns and needs, communicate changes and policies, etc. 
    • Ensure that token boards, visual prompts, and other materials are created as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst and licensure in the state of Massachusetts (those planning on sitting for BCBA exam in the next 3 months are also encouraged to apply)
    • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
    • Be willing and available to work a schedule that consists of some after-school/evening hours.
