UP Autism Center is looking for a Clinical Director to join our team in Midtown Little Rock, Arkansas!  This position is ideal for an experienced candidate ready to support BCBAs as well as lead the organization’s growth.

We are looking for a dynamic, talented BCBA to ensure UP's service model is delivered with quality and expands on UP's success in that region.

Our Clinical Director will lead a team of BCBAs and line therapists in delivering quality services to children and families while networking with other behavior analysts, medical professionals, and related service providers to ensure that our team is actively servicing the community.

The Clinical Director will also lead and develop potential opportunities, such as building relationships with school districts.


Our Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Relevant supervision, training, and coordination experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and train others independently.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Bilingual skills highly preferred.
  • Education and Licensure
  • Minimum of a Master’s or Ph.D. in psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, or related fields.
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst-D®.
