AST is searching for a Full-time BCBA, Behavior Analyst, in Tulsa, OK!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
  • Administer a wide ranges of standardized assessments
  • Develop program recommendations for new referrals
  • Work with a variety of funders in the region
  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients
  • Supervision based upon 10:1 ratio
  • Mentor, train and support Behavior Technicians
  • Attend monthly regional meetings, for ongoing trianing and supervision
  • Grow professionally with free CEUs, monthly clinical forums, and research participation opportunities

Qualifications

  • Must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board)**
  • Licensed in the state of Oklahoma (OLBAB) Apply Here
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and train others
  • Self-starter with good organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills; bilingual Spanish skills highly valued
  • Able to support teams and cases within Tulsa, Oklahoma (E.g. Tulsa, Broken Arrow, & Claremore counties) 
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
