AST is searching for a Full-time BCBA, Behavior Analyst, in Fresno, CA!

As a Behavior Analyst- Specialist, you will provide specialized behavior analytic services and be supported by a collaborative team of behavior analyst colleagues. Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
  • Administer a wide ranges of standardized assessments
  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team, and clients
  • Supervision based on 10:1 ratio of team hours
  • Mentor, train, and support Behavior Technicians
  • Write reports, and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources
  • Attend monthly regional meetings, for ongoing training and supervision
  • Conduct regular parent trainings for family members
  • Develop program recommendations for new referrals
  • Work with a variety of funders in the region
  • Grow professionally with free CEUs, monthly clinical forums, and research participation opportunities
  • Join an organization that can offer geographic mobility, leadership paths, and a strong supportive community of peers
  • Become a part of a national network of over 450 BCBAs shaping the field of ABA

Qualifications

  • Must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board)**
  • Master's degree or higher
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and train others
  • Strong communication and writing skills; Spanish & Vietnamese bilingual skills highly valued
  • Able to support teams and cases within Fresno County (Clinic & in-home)
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
