Autism Spectrum Therapies ("AST"), one of the largest and most respected autism services organizations in the county, is looking for an exceptional ABA professional to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Director (ACD). This position is ideal for an experienced BCBA with a willingness to support our business growth in the greater-Tulsa area. This is an incredible opportunity to support the development of our Behavior Technicians, BCBAs and clients!

 

This position will be a remote, work-from-home position initially; with flexibility to travel around the greater-Tulsa location as needed.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Clinical Director will:

  • Work closely with Clinical Director to support delivery of excellent ABA programs
  • Oversee a team of approximately 6-7 supervisory level staff, 40-50 behavior interventionists, and an average of 100 clients
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and coaching to staff as needed
  • Participate in regional recruiting and training
  • Ensure operational goals are fulfilled, including delivery of clients’ contracted hours
  • Engage in business development and community networking
  • Develop new service offerings

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with children with autism
  • BCBA certified for a minimum of 3 years
  • Extensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to train others
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required
  • Licensed in Oklahoma
