LEARN Behavioral is looking for a Talent Acquisition-iCIMS Coordinator to support the TA Team in the areas of iCIMS troubleshooting, onboarding and audit/compliance.  This position will play an integral role in our mission and is ideal for an experienced, eager and creative individual who wants to make a big impact as part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Triage iCIMS support requests to ensure inquires receive responses in a timely manner and escalated appropriately.
  • Review weekly reports to identify outstanding personnel documents and make appropriate updates to associate(s) profiles.
  • Conduct outreach to collect personnel documents to expedite and assist with audits responses.
  • Provide preliminary technical support and troubleshooting to iCIMS users, when needed.
  • Assist in monitoring and responding to iCIMS and Employee Referral program Inboxes inquiries.
  • Perform pre-hire registry searches as part of onboarding compliance, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Identify TA system improvements and enhancements, along with reviewing and assisting with implementing new iCIMS releases, as needed.
  • Provide supplemental candidate onboarding coverage.
  • Participate and prepare end user training, as needed.
  • Assist with the creation of job descriptions.
  • Adhere to federal, state and business unit compliance measures, and remain knowledgeable of any updates to requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing knowledge of industry trends and assist with developments in iCIMS providers, vendors, and technology.
  • Provide administrative support to TA Leadership.
  • Participate in other TA projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ year of iCIMS experience, preferably in an administrator capacity.
  • Understanding of the iCIMS Application Tracking system product (recruiting and onboarding platforms).
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure iCIMS processes meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, such as Ultipro/UKG.
  • Excellent organizational, technical support skills, with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
