Our behavior analysts are responsible for managing a team of behavior technicians and are given the tools to do so with ease and efficiency. Responsibilities

AST's Behavior Analysts...

 

  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team, and clients
  • Supervision based on 10:1 ratio of team hours
  • Mentor, train, and support a team of 7-10 Behavior Technicians
  • Write reports, and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources
  • Attend monthly regional meetings, for ongoing training and supervision
  • Conduct regular parent trainings for family members
  • Join an organization that can offer geographic mobility, leadership paths, and a strong supportive community of peers
  • Become a part of a national network of over 350 BCBAs shaping the field of ABA

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (those planning on sitting for BCBA exam in the next 3 months are also encouraged to apply)
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities 
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and train others independently; strong communication and writing skills; bilingual skills highly valued
