LEARN Behavioral is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruitment for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) positions across the U.S. This position will be responsible for developing the ongoing talent strategy to attract and retain BCBAs through internal and external recruitment programs.


Use creative thinking skills to develop and implement effective talent acquisition sourcing and recruiting strategies to build a pipeline of BCBA talent.


This position will be a remote, work-from-home position; with flexibility for works hours to extend to the Eastern and Pacific time zone, as needed.






  • Support full-cycle recruitment for BCBA positions.
  • Develop a talent strategy for attracting and retaining through both internal and external recruitment programs.
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal customers and peers to get a full understanding of their needs, challenges, and hiring targets.
  • Schedule in-person interviews with selected candidates with the leadership team.
  • Prepare offer details, extend verbal offer and execute the handoff to the onboarding team for pre-employment processing.
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipeline to meet future staffing needs.
  • Maintain requisition and candidate data in applicant tracking system and compile reports from database as requested.
  • Prepare status reports using ATS data and lead update meetings on active searches.
  • Update and maintain job postings in ATS.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to identify and recruit qualified passive and active candidates.
  • Source and contact potential candidates by utilizing various recruitment methods including resume databases, social media, colleges, Internet job boards, employee referrals, and career fairs.
  • Keep current on innovative recruiting trends & techniques to be competitive with others in the industry.
  • Provide support to TA leadership for special projects and other duties as assigned.


  • 3-5 years of clinical recruiting experience in a full life cycle corporate recruiting or staffing agency environment. Experience recruiting BCBAs preferred.
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates, preferably iCIMS.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work across multiples times zones in the United States.
  • Possess strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a pipeline of candidates.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and strategy.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing recruitment for multiple regions or high volume of requisitions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
