Behavior Analyst (Full Time) - BCBA

Our behavior analysts are responsible for managing a team of behavior technicians and are given the tools to do so with ease and efficiency. • Provide oversight and supervision for your team, and clients
• Supervision based on 10:1 ratio of team hours
• Mentor, train, and support Behavior Technicians
• Write reports, and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources
• Attend monthly regional meetings, for ongoing training and supervision
• Conduct regular parent trainings for family members

• Must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board)**
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and train others
• Strong communication and writing skills; bilingual skills highly valued
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
